First and most important, my services are FREE to you! That's right...FREE.  I get paid a commission by the cruise line. If you book directly with them, they KEEP that money. Don't make the mistake of thinking they pass it on to you. In fact, it's the opposite. I get paid AFTER your vacation or cruise. It's in my OWN best interest to make sure your trip GOES AS PLANNED. The cruise line or tour company gets paid the moment you make the final payment. What's their incentive?

Travel agents are not only free...they are a valuable resource. They have the training and experience it takes to make sure your vacation goes smoothly. I have over fourteen years in the travel industry and a college degree. As an independent agent for Cruise Brothers, I'm dedicated to ensuring that all details of your group excursion or family vacation are handled to precision. .

Travel agents can offer discounts the cruise line or tour company won't! We have that flexibility in many cases, that the tour operator or cruise line just doesn't have. Why? We want you to come back!

With one phone call to me, I can compare several different cruise line or vacation package options for you. Is Carnival going to tell you that NCL is cheaper?

And finally, professional, old fashioned, PERSONAL service is invaluable. It's something that isn't offered much anymore. You will ALAWAYS reach me, or I will call you back when you call my office. I call you when the final payment is due. I check for price decreases. request dining times, make sure your documents arrive on time, and contact you when the vacation is over to make sure it went smoothly.

And if something DOES go wrong (which is rare), I am on YOUR side. Your repeat business and word of mouth advertising is more valuable than ANYTHING I could ever pay for. I want you happy! And I'll fight to make sure you get what you paid for.
